Travel Apparel

The holiday seasons is upon us and people will be traveling nationally and internationally to visit family and friends. Although people will use different methods of traveling each will require clothing that will be comfortable, flexible, and stylish. Fashion Designers what do you recommend? Discuss the possible trip destinations and the type of clothing consumers will need to, during, and from their destination.

Well since a traveler can be sitting on an airplane for hours at a time, super-tight skinny jeans arent a smart option. They would need comfortable shoes, such as sneakers or flats for walking around the airport and carrying luggage around. A comfy knit dress with leggings are stylish and comfortable.

When you are traveling to a place outside your comfort zone, you souldn't wear outfits that are too tight or uncomfortable. I would say when you are traveling, the best thing to wear would be a skirt(not a tight mini skirt), a tank top, a nice cardigan and a pair of nice flats. These items are comforable and pracitcal, yet they are stylish.

Most people travel during the holidays when the temperatures are low, so they travel to warmer places. So when traveling people must wear light colors and loose clothes. But when traveling on planes they have certain dress codes so to be safe wear nohing higher then then the knee for bottoms.

Personally, Cargos - Tims or comfortable shoes, are best for Traveling. Comfort is number one when your on the go, not mostly thinking of walking on a fashion runway.

I would say dress as comfortably as possible, but when I flew to Paraguay for Christmas break I did not follow this advice, but I still managed to look fashionable and comfortable at the same time wearing a pair of skinny jeans that were not tight but still fit by body, a fitted pink and white striped collared shirt, and rustic brown riding boots. I did not feel uncomfortable at all through out the flight, but most people would, so I would recommend wear softy sneakers with sweats and a loose shirt.
