This week's knitwear was great! I personally always loved knitwear and clothes that been knitted and crocheted. I was thining of making a skirt by knitting. Knittwear keeps you warm when the weather gets cold and it can be stylish!

Knit wear Patterns include the lattice effect, Braiding or Cabling, loops in a row and 2*2 rib casting. Some desciptions of the lattice effect would be a grid like structure that looks like two sets of lines crossing eachother. Some designers that specialize in Knitwear are Coogi and Missioni.

This weeks knitwear was a experience. In photo 2, they used the Braiding/Cabling techinque. Which personally is my favorite. I also like Coogi's knitwear. They specialize and use many diffrent kinds of kniting techniques and they are very colorful. I barely wear knitwear but when i do, i choose most of the Brading/cabling one. their are also other kinds of kniting techinques for clothes , for example . . .
#1-thick & thin lines
#2-Straight & arched lines
#3-The lace effect .
their are many kinds of knitwear.

Number one is called a rib knit pattern. This one I feel is the most common knit people see. Number two is a cable knit pattern. Number three is called a chain stitch and it looks like something that would come out of medieval times. Number four is a pearl knit pattern. To get the two tone effect you use two differnt colors. The blanket is very strong and no fingers will poke through.

The 4 knitts and designs of yarn and chain are complex but beautiful. #1 was called the rib knit. It went up the neck and covered it. Number 2 was the cable knit. It appeared like a braid on the sweater. The third was the chain stitch. Each of the little circle-y circles were latched on the each other to create a pattern of repition. The fourth and final stitch was the Pearl stitch. It was knitted and it appeared to have little pearld where the yarn connects to eac other.
